How do I get a quote for a probate clearance or bereavement clearance ?
Every house clearance is unique, so to provide an accurate quote, we need to
assess the property. You can do this by sending us photos of each room or area that
needs clearing, but from our experience, the most precise way to provide a quote is
through an in-person visit.
We offer a free, no-obligation assessment to ensure we understand your needs
and can give you the best possible service.

I don’t live near the property how can you help ?
If you don’t live near the property, we can still assist you. While we typically prefer to view the property or receive photos to provide an accurate quote, once the price is agreed upon, we can coordinate with an estate agent, solicitor, family friend, or neighbor to arrange access to the property.
How much does a house clearance cost ?
All of our clearance services are tailored to meet each customer’s individual needs.
Based on our experience, we believe it wouldn’t be fair to provide a standard price,
as many factors can influence the cost of a house clearance.
Here are three of the most common house clearance scenarios:
1. Valuable Items or Resalable Contents: If the property contains valuable
items or everything has a resale value, we may pay you for these items and
clear the property.
2. Some Valuable and Non-Valuable Items: If there is some value in the
contents, such as furniture, art, vehicles, or electronics, but also items that
need to be disposed of, we can offset the value of the resalable items against
the cost of the clearance.
3. No Resale Value: If all the contents have no resale value and need to be
recycled, the price will be based on the volume of items to be cleared.
Each clearance is unique, and we work with you to find the most cost-effective
solution.
Do I need to be present during the clearance ?
It’s entirely up to you. You do not need to be at the property while the clearance is taking place. Given the sensitive nature of bereavement and probate clearances, most of our clients prefer not to be present during the process.
